What is ERC unlock code?
Dead battery or removing the device for repairs can cause units to be locked in some Japan imported cars. To unlock the unit, you will need to obtain the ERC unlock code from the car manufacturer or the vehicle's insurance policy.
How to find the ERC serial number?
Press and hold the main button on your navigation player and turn off your parking lights three to four times until a new screen appears.

How to use the application:
Download and install the app on your phone. Open the application and select "Get ERC password" or "Get ERC code" button. Fill in the required information and click "Submit" button. The ERC code will be sent to your email address. If you don't have an account yet, you will be taken to registration page. After registration, you will receive the confirmation email. After receiving the confirmation email, you can click "Login" button and enter the code in "My Profile" page. Now you can access all functions of the units that support the application.
